As an animal health expert with a background in clinical practice, research and education I am uniquely positioned to translate scientific findings to a non-expert audience.
I have a wealth of experience in written, verbal and visual communication, public engagement and outreach. Having worked with numerous organisations including veterinary practices, universities, charities and member associations, I am well versed in communicating with a variety of audiences.
Furthermore, through my extensive network of animal health and welfare colleagues from numerous disciplines, I am able to incorporate additional expert opinion and unique insights into my work.

I was awarded a grant to design and create this interactive sign educating the public about research being carried out into chimpanzee heart disease at Twycross Zoo.
